Experimenting with a new way to allow more customizable weapons & armor while also adding more “fun stuff” vs just +x to hit and damage. Also allows for interesting weapons and lower levels.
Basic concept is each “tier” correlates to D&D's item rarity system (T1 = Common, T2 = Uncommon etc etc). When you design your item, you get an “enchant” from each tier up to & including the tier of your item. Example, a T3 great axe would have a T1, T2 and T3 ability. Each ability can only be taken once.
